RE: Going small gas (10cc) comments?
I don't have this plane but I had the chance to go over it at the Toledo show.
I've seen it in flight as well. It's a great flyer and the ability to use GAS means inexpensive operation.
I'd get some higher capacity but lightweight LiFe packs to power the electronics and the plane, to keep it light but flying all weekend long on a charge.
It sounds like a wonderful combo.
I would be inclined to mount the engine inverted so as not to have the head sticking out of the top, but this is not the documented installation of the engine.
