When I originally glued the scoops on I took the paint off so it was glass to glass and yes I cut a triangular hole to let air in...

I used a Cockpit Power box and the doors/wheels are controlled through that, I use 120psi and have had no trouble with getting the wheels away..
I have all the settings wrote down ie the times but will have to get them tomorrow as late now..
