Yes, it's very straight-forward and the socket function diagrams at their website are all you need. It's nearly plug & play in a standard Heng Long like the Pzkw4. The recoil and elevation may be less so, depending on what you intend to do (if you can do the mechanical, the electrical is a no-brainer). For me, the only "gotcha" was that the track recoil was backwards, but an easy fix. (Reverse the polarity of the motor wires and the transmitter channel.) I thought the hardest part was figuring out how the left stick works from the website diagram. (Think stick shift transmission without the guides. Up/down and to the sides, not diagonal unless you want to trigger multiple functions at once)
