Stick tension is adjustable in both axis', as well. It's pretty easy with a DX8. You just pull off the rubber grip pads and adjust through the body of the transmitter with a small screw driver. The manual tells you what screw adjusts what. In my case, I've got the tendency to add rudder when Ipush the collective hard, so I tightened the rudder movement some to keep the stick going straight up and down.
