Did you see the Motul 710 2T oil? Is unexpensive than the turbine oil and you can use in 2% mix.

We made a lot of testing with diferent oils because the Turbine oil is very toxic and we found out that the 100% synthetic 2 strokes oil is much beter for our turbines, the only downside is if you use too much you can get gummy bearings in cold starts, we are using Motul 710 but any good Brand that meats the JASO FC norm and is designed to mix in 50-1 ratios can be used, just stay away of the ones designed for 100-1 mixing ratio
We are mixing it at 50-1 or 2%

When you say cold starts you mean how low temperatures ? any recommended procedure for this situation or just the residual heat of a failed start will solve the problem?
