Hey Andy I have found Ejector Pins form Amtek Tool and Supply


A 8mm (.315") diameter x 100 mm (4") long pin is $3.07 ea

I have bought 1/4" Axle pins which are $2.15 ea, I just grind away the extra thickness on the head
