Okay, I think it's the steering servo arm. The teeth on it are stripped I put it halfway onto the servo and turned the wheels and the servo knob didn't turn but the servo arm was. And I could feel the bumps when it slips, really that's all I need is just a new one of those and the screw that goes with it. And I can order an aluminum one here.

I might just get the aluminum replacment arm and the screw is just a 3x8mm which I can get a hex one.
