Your ESC plugs into your RX. The RX is binded to the TX. Tx talks to RX which talks to ESC/Servos

Sounds like you have a bad RX.....is it a Spectrum or different?

Does your TX have memory for multiple vehicles? I've seen some binding issues arise when binding Tx/Memory slot w/ existing settings loaded into the memory. If you do have memory slots, try starting with a blank or delete any settings in memory your trying to bind from.
