next week i will do it, to see if the speed displayed are near each other

That one is almost without question a sample rate induced GPS spike. Ie, false indication. 354 mph is quite a stretch.
Agreed, I'd say your average Ultra is doing something like 270mph
I used Eagletree a few years ago in a Bobcat with a Wren Supersport and a Super bandit with a P120. Both these were showing too high but when the data was downloaded you could see what were spikes and what were proper curves. The Super was doing 295mph and the Bobcat was doing 254 mph.
