Default RE: Top Flite Giant P-47 Build

Hey guys,
Here is how I did my tank as the plans don't allow for removal. I'm using a G-62
and went with a 32oz. tank, but as RAM mentioned a 24oz would be easier.

I first made a removable tray (1/8 ply) for the tank. Then notched out the front of the servo tray
for clearance. Its a very tight fit.

The cross member near the firewall is the leftover piece from the fuselage crutch. I
used another one on the rear of the tray to hold it in. The "C" shape ply I'm
holding is glued in the front to reinforce the cross member. (2) more at the
rear of the tank are screwed in to hold the tank in place
.

Hope this makes sense [:-]
