Thank you Chuck. I am glad you posted your good experience with them. I have read a few posts by TBM customer that have had good experiences with them.
As you can see by previous posts though, it is hit and miss with customer service and their handling of problems. It isn't just my one bad experience that should sway potential customers. A proven track record as evidence by other people buying or customer service problems shows you take your chances when dealing with them.
