+1 and incidentally, if the airplane needs a brick in order to bring the CG within limits, then you add a brick (or a brick worth of lead).

(of course that would be AFTER moving everything forward as far as you can.... airborne batteries, etc.)
check the CG with the fuel tank empty.
the principles are the same, big airplane or small.
