I use the canards on my Eurosport the entire time, they have very little deflection when mixed in with up/ diwn elevator. They are also setup on a dual-rate switch. It looks like you had a wild ride on that maiden, almost like it was severly tail heavy or Alot of canadd deflection, or both.
