RE: 1/4 scale F9F Panther build
To compensate for the nose weight mounting hardware, mount, and a few things that finished the plane, I drilled nearly a pound of lead out of the nose. I decided to recast the nose weight. It was then thinner so I shimmed it foreword. It is now the absolute least possible amount of nose weight in the best possible spot. The nose weight is now 4.7 pounds. The CG is neutral on the front wing plug in. The front wing plug in is a little forward of the CG.
