Black and Decker threatened legal action against a graphics shop due to the owner making up decals for a scale hydroplane with the name DeWalt on them. If there is a chance of making money, some company lawyers will go after every penny they can get. I would recommend contacting the owner of the car and see if he has any objections rather than waiting to see if a supena shows up at your door
