Hi Terry

I am using Solartex It's a wonderful product to use. Works like a charm.

The weave is still very visible. I will give it a light sand then another light undercoat and then sand again and then two top coats. There shouldn't be a weight issue.

I am using a Saito 5 cylinder radial which should haul it around pretty comfortably.
