Thanks everyone for the nice words. Here are a few pix of the front oleo ram and where it failed at the welded repair. I ordered two more from Robart. I figure if I ordered two that I would never need the second one. The free shipping substantially lowered the price of the second one since it didn't cost any more to ship two. When they come I will give it another try. Hopefully I can learn how to slow the plane down and get it on the runway.
