Default RE: 1/4 scale F9F Panther build

Hi Larry,

I did land it with flaps. If you watch the video you see me put them up after I belly landed it. I also did a lap at 100 feet with the flaps down and the power reduced. It pitched so slightly down with the flaps deployed. What I mean about learning to slow the plane down is getting more effective slow flight out of it. Things like trimming the idle power down, burning more fuel off, maybe reducing the nose weight if possible, and increasing the amount of flap throw. The belly landing approach and landing was relatively slow. The plane only slid 30 or 40 feet. I think it can be slower.......As for gear doors my plane is not super scaled out. As far as a clean bottom of the plane goes gear up is 90% and doors are about 10% of the efficiency and look. If I had gear doors they would have been gone on my belly landing. I'm not saying that I wont put some on but right now they are not important.
