I now have a nike engine, and have some problem in running it.

1.the engine cann't start up, and the engine speed stayed at 21000, so it cann't pass the calibrated state, also the exhaust temperature is high.
2. by chance ,it can pass the calibrated state, but when i changed the throttle , the speed still not changed and spin up.

so i want to know how can i make some ecu parameter adjust to operate the engine correctly.
