No, there is nothing special that you need to do to see it.. I asked the same question and was told that since they just changed the software for RCU, that they are working on getting the "RCU Heartbeat" working again!! so it is supposedly in the works, and it should be working again soon!!

I hope so, as that was one of the best features of RCU in my opinion, I have found many interesting ideas and topics just from the RCU Heartbeat!!
