If you haven't water proofed the receiver put it in a balloon and rubber band it Tight around the wires. The Stock radio systems in the RTR boats are the Cheapest they can get so expect issues.
yes,i re wrapped the receiver in a balloon.im looking to upgrade the receiver and radio soon,was looking at the Spektrum 2.4 stuff.just waiting for a decent day to take it out to break it in first.lately,its been too windy and my nearest pond is Lake Ontario lol.a bit too choppy for this boat imo.thanks for your tips.
