Maiden flight today on the Spit. Plane flys great as do all my TF planes. Cut down the aileron throw slightly. CG was right on the money. Both flights resulted in dead stick landings though and the problem I identified as overheating (the OAT was 95 degrees and that didn't help). I opened up the front for better airflow and feel certain this will fix the problem. Pic shows the new air inlet hole.
