instead of that tricky covering with fiberglass sheets.. why not just cover it with 2mm balsa and then glass it with 100g glass? better and stronger surface? and i guess even lighter?
I like to use different materials with this build and different techniques also. It's less laborious to skin with with FG skin panels Vs wood skin first and the adding fiberglass over it, then sanding it down to smooth finish etc etc....this way it's one time shot and rest it primer and paint....
