Default First ever float-fly report.
Well, after help and encouragement from you all on this forum, I had success at my first ever float fly. The Sig Mid-Star took off and landed beautifully on those floats, and I am absolutely hooked. My maneuvers in the fun contest were pretty awful, but the rest went great. Nothing broke, no deadsticks, and I absolutely greased 2 of 6 landings. Can't wait 'til our club's next one, next April.
