As Hawk says, the prop in your picture is intended for electric, not glow. Get a prop intended for glow of a size recommended in the instructions for running in and you should have no problem fitting.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think the thread on the small OS engines is 1/4 (though all the rest of the motor is metric). If this is not right I am sure that someone will jump in and correct!
