The 160 develops at most, half the power of the DLE60. But what you want is rpm and neithr will give you that. A better choice is the SAP180 on pipe. That engine develops it's HP at higher revs than most other gas engines. If the model is around 10-11 pounds, put a 16-13 on it and run premium auto gas. You should get around 9200 rpm.
If the model is much heavier, the engine may not be the right fit. We ran mokis on pipes many years ago and ran 16-14, 16-16 apc at around 9500 on larger racers that weighed up to 16 lbs with around1250 squares. Racers were just slightly larger than 2meters. Glow fuel got expensive tho at 20 ozs of 25% per heat
