dead stampede
I bough a used stampede as just a cheap basher. It is a brushed model that has been converted to brushless. It has a Tacon motor and a fuse mini BL ESC by dynamite. I think the ESC is toast because I had been running it and could not even get a whole 5000MAH 2S pack through it with out the esc overheating. The next day I tried to finish off the packs I ha been using the night before and the truck just jerks and sputters but doesn't move. At first a little shove would get it going for a bit then it would start the jerking thing again. Now it does nothing and the esc gets very hot. I took off the cover over the spur gear and that all looks good. I'm wondering what the cheapest ESC would be to get me up and running and not over heat for at least a full pack. Thanks.
