With an electric, the first lap's always the best and they get progressively worse. Why waste it on pace laps?

Besides.....as long as we launch before the last pace lap starts, that IS the 'proper time', at least as far as the rules are concerned, and you know how much of a stickler I am when it comes to rules. Oh, wait......I mis-spoke.......MY BAD....when it comes to rules, I tend to lean more toward the 'blatant disregard' edge of the line ��
