Dear Esprit Model,

I've sent several unanswered email to your company regarding the DS-16 I sent in for warranty repair.
I've called and was told the Jeti person should've already contacted me or will contact me shortly even though he will be out until next week!

I sent my DS-16 in for repair and it arrived last Wednesday 9/18/2013 at your facility.
Could I please get an update on the status?

What do I have to do to get a reply???

What is the status of my repair and when may I expect to get my radio back?

I purchased another unit from you last week and I need both radios.

I was in a forum discussing the DS16 but had no idea that and expensive but great radio would cause this much difficulty in getting customer support.

Would you please please please give me some sort of update as that is a big investment not to know the status or have NO communication from Esprit Model.

I communicated with Martin of Jeti who hopes I get my radio back real soon as this is taking a long time just to get an update.

I realize I'm not your only client and my patronage may not be of value to.

I really would like to know the status of my radio repair.



I have a question about the unit I purchased and received last week.


Why is the Jeti shipping box already opened?


The unit arrived pristine, however I was concerned that after I opened the outer shipping box the box inside had already been opened.
