I cut a dowel in half and epoxied the half in the end of the tube. Its about 2 inched long, and then I tapped it for 4-40, then used CA to harden the threads, and retapped. THose bolts fit tight now, and are very secure. My original hole stripped out on the 4th fligh is the reason to "beef" it up.
