There might not be a build manual. The MK kits just had a plan no build manual.

These kits were usually put together by experienced builders. Here's a very low resolution scan

it's the only info I have been able to find. I did the best I could to clean it up. With it you might be able to glean all the info you need to build it.

Maybe someone else will chime in with a better scan of the plan or even a build manual.
