According to the info I've found, the Bullet uses 3.2" wheels, so yes, those tires would physically fit the wheels. However, virtually all RC tires are glued these days, so unless you have alloy wheels, pretty much have to replace wheels & tires together.

The Bullet uses 14mm hex wheels, so any MT wheels with 14mm hex drive should fit.
