Well, after all of that , layed out the the MAC, for this stab and found that the center line of the stock pivot is actually 3/32 of and inch in front of the requested 23% of the MAC . I guess I won't be moving my pivot, and will static balance the stabs. oh if you look at My Gallery you will see a picture of RCAF jet I will be modeling.
