I had a 50 amp hobbyking esc like that. it was ok but tricky to set up, especially since it came with no instructions . I had to reverse the throttle direction on my futaba. after that you hold the throttle on the radio full up then plug the esc into the battery to enter program mode it beebs several times then you relase the throttle. It then learns the throttle parameter of the radio. Did you go download the instructions for that esc. It will be under the "files" tab where you bought it at hobbyking . You might have to look under the 30 amp esc that looks about like yours to find the instructions. I like hobbyking for the price you can't beat them but they offer almost no help with this stuff when you need it. Oh yeah and the program card for that thing is almost a must.
