Since I rarely leave the field as clean as I came, it's my "garage" attire. Old shirt and jeans or shorts. If I wear shorts, then I still throw in a pair of jeans and hiking boots in the truck in case I have to go bushwacking. I can't count how many times I had to play George of the Jungle to retrieve another guys plane because he wasn't dressed to ford creeks, trudge through high grass, and fend off mosquitos, ticks, and snakes.
