Quick thought in the diheadral....top flight likes to mix airfoils. Is it possiblle that what you are seeing is an optical illusion? They seem to use a thinner foil around the center section then tapper out to a fatter one as it goes out to the tip. The P-47 is the same way. Obviously performance is much better when this is done. I would think that may throw your eyeball off a bit....curious if anyone has measured the actual diheadral ? Overall it's not a bad looking plane, glassed, detailed and painted would be sweet!
