For what it's worth, I have stayed in the hobby, this thread was simply my observations as to where the hobby has headed and the damage modelers are doing to it themselves. The real danger in this hobby is the lack of common sense and the "The sky is falling" attitude so many appear to be showing. I see it at the local level as well, fortunately for the most part, the people I do fly with are pretty good and remember the hobby isn't only about airplanes. I just wonder in such a sue happy finger pointing world, how much damage some of these posts may end up having to our hobby. Maybe it will be none, but it would simply be nice to see human beings exercising a little more common sense.

Oh and Discowings, I'm sorry I didn't post something more controversial for you to voice your obvious expert opinion on with yet another prolific post from you. I'll try harder next time to give you something to state as gospel truth again.........
