Finally got my windshield installed tonight. It ended up being much easier than I thought it would be. I made a template of the pattern out of cardstock and used it to adjust to a perfect fit. I traced the pattern to the windshield plastic I got from BUSA and installed formost 1/8" u-trim around the outside. I used some flat brass stock and #2 button head screws to hold everything together. I'll try to get some pics posted tomorrow.
