Connectors - a battery with bare wires costs less than one with connectors. Type and quality of connectors also change the price (like gold vs aluminum).
Wire gauge - even though all the batteries are rated at 20C, they'll still have different wire gauges.
Quality - construction and materials can change price - but more expensive isn't always better quality.
