For those that asked. That noise and play occurs at all positions. TDC, BDC and mid stroke.

I took the RA to the field today and ran it some more on the stand.

It hand starts fine and with a 16x8 it was getting 8000rpm with the needles at the factory position.

I put about 8oz of fuel through it today. The noise is still there but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the running.
