So far I am at 7600 with a 17x8-3 blade xoar prop with this engine but I am still thinking it is rich. I am at 1-1/2 turns out on both low and high needles.... engine has great transition but the plug is still black when checked.... oil is 32:1 lawnboy ashless regular 89 octane fuel.......... should I keep tweeking the high needle until plug is chocolate or leave it as is?

Please post a flight report with this engine plane combo. I am looking at this engine for a H9 30cc P-47 I am building. That plane is going in around 18 pounds. I have been trying to decide between a dle35, the evolution 40gx, or saving the money and going with the 4stroke sound.
