Son of a bit#$. Carbon build up froze the piston ring in it's slot. I've been running Ace Hardware 2-cycle ash oil to allow the engine to break in. After 3 hours of running it locked up the ring with carbon. Thing ran great until the ring locked up. How incredibly frustrating and deceiving. I'be been all over the carb, reeds, plug, ignition and finally pulled the cylinder this evening. After cleaning, it was night an day. Runs like a champ. Any recommendations for cleaner breakin oil would be appreciated. I was running 32:1 Ash for Ace Hardware.
