Hi, It's a CHALLENGE to make this Tigercat lighter if you are putting in all the landing gear doors and pilot's in the cockpits, etc .etc. I would not eliminate the inner flaps, you need all the flap area to slow down on final and have control stability. I even have Droop Ailerons (10%) down when I have Full Flaps selected. If you are only flying off grass you can get-away landing a little FAST, but if you fly off Hard Surface short runways you need a controlled slow speed airplane. My Tigercat with fuel weighs 32 lbs. I wish it was lighter, but thats what is, and I have to live with it. I have flown it
at many Air Shows and it's a Crowd Pleaser. Col. Chuck Winter
