I would use a 442 prop to start and maybe a x642 also but amp draw maybe high and not very long run times. A boat can be too heavy even though it's only 31" long.
My Phantom Cat by promise hobby is only 29" long but empty it weighs 3.3 pounds!!!! It needs a lot of power on 4S but, it's more efficient on 6S.
