MUCH easier, but also more expensive! I'd have done it myself, but I have way too many projects in the workshop queue...
40 hours - ha! We'll be lucky to get it done in 40 weeks! Well, maybe not, but it will be sometime in 2014 for sure. Louie is doing a bunch of the work too, and so school gets in the way at times.
