You mean the horizontal stab halves. I put a little epoxy/microballoon mix on the stab mating surface to fill the little gap with the center section piece (they are still removable). Even with 0 gap, I can still get a little play if I apply some force to the stab. Others have used rubber inner tube material, etc. to fill in any gap.
