The G62 seems to be performing slightly better than a DA 50 on the same plane.

Wow, interesting. Even given the same prop and RPM, the G62 is over a pound heavier, I would think A POUND is a lot on any size model, especially one of this size.
But it doesn't seem to be the same RPM, I think the G62 simply has more power. It's also very responsive which makes it easier to control.
