That stinks Bob but that is what their so called customer service is like. Sorry it happened to you but I am sort of mystified that four or five unbelievably satisfied Hobby King customers with hundreds of successful orders have not yet chimed in to tell you how it's all your fault. The "it's your fault" cheering section is just another little service that HK performs in the background.
