You can buy nice cnc alloy props that come allready sharp and balanced,yes they will break if you hit something but so will beryllium copper and steel will bend.Alloy ones are cheaper than a balanced sharpened copper or ss one,its all i use now even on my gas boats.Agree on the beryllium been very dangerous stuff.
