codiddley,

The engine is an Evolution/MVVS 150 bought on ebay dirt cheap, NIB. I still don't know why they discontinued them. I have a couple aluminum brackets securing fuel tank. I can remove rear bracket and slide tank to rear and out cockpit hole (I think, but have not tried yet). Not shown (or designed yet) are a couple doors on sides of fuse right behind firewall. I can remove one or both and have access to fuel lines, etc. I was advised these can be tail heavy so I'll try to get batteries forward as much as possible. Waconut said this is lighter than the Canadian version. All I can say is it's plenty heavy. Lower wing center section is permanently glued in.
